Default My Insane Bodies

Just thought I'd show the bodies I'm planning to run at the Insane Speed Run coming up in a couple of weeks. All of them are reinforced from he inside and are adjustable. Keep in mind, I will be entering in Electric Open,& I plan on using 4 to 5 Lithium Polymer cells.

This is the cement that welds lexan together

And this is what you apply it with.

The first one is a McAllister HS Dodge ( Vassmar's body )

If I need more steering I plan to ad a side dam.

This Dirt Oval body -- I have never tried, but I think it will work great.
It's a McAllister Bluegrass late model.

I elected not to use the roof.

The adjustment is in the spoiler & side dam.

The Last is my favorite. It's a custom made (one-off)
using the Custom Works Bullet wedge as the inspiration.

I will use the side dam & front spoiler (not pictured) to dial it in.

They look great Nic! I am very interested in seeing what that dirt oval body will do, I was looking at one in the hobby shop again today.

I was contemplating bringing a side air dam for my body as remembered using variations on dirt oval cars way back in the day but wasn't sure how well they would work in this situation. But if the experts are doing it...

See you next week!
